TARGET is a duplex with a jacuzzi, nested in small quiet street in Vračar.
TARGET is a one bedroom duplex apartment in a separate part of a small house in Vračar. The ground floor is taken up by an open concept living room and the bathroom. It holds a comfortable L-shaped sofa that can sleep two persons, a modestly equipped kitchen and a dining area for two. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine, and next to it are the stairs that lead to the upper floor. That is where the bedroom lies, a fully separate little oasis, with neat double bed in the center of the room and night stands on its sides. The wall opposite the headboard is covered in mirrors, whereas the far corner of the room, neatly tucked in the corner under the oblique windowed roof is the small white hot-tub for two. It is indeed one of the very few hot-tub apartments that offers the goods of both worlds – noramal and spa apartments alike.
TARGET’s location is a small and rather quiet street in Vračar. On top of that the apartment is facing the backyard, so those who opt for it , opt for peace and quiet. The neighbourhood is packed with useful facilities: from a Farmers Market to a plethora of restaurants, cafes, boutiques and other shops that form a long array along Mackenzie’s street. With under five minutes on foot you will get to Slavija square, which is a public transport hub so the apartment is fairly well connected to other parts of town as well. On street parking is limited up to three hours, but there is a public parking lot on Slavija square where a daily parking ticket approximates to 15 euros. Given the location and its primary purpose (it is one of the Belgrade hot-tub apartments), if want a neat little accommodation that happens to have a hot-tub, then TARGET is the one you should be aiming at.
