OCTAVE is one of the standard short term rentals in Belville. A new residential block , a balcony, parking spot and a convenient accommodation for three people. That is, in short, the offering of OCTAVE.
From an aesthetic point of view, OCTAVE is the most modest apartment in Belville in our offer and the first to accommodate only three people. Basically a studio with a separate terrace, bathroom and kitchen space, OCTAVE’s single big room combines the dining area, the living room and the bedroom with functional rather than spatial borders. The apartment overall furnishings are decent. Kitchen comes with the bare necessities, a toaster and a kettle and the bathroom happens to have a washing machine (and all of the other necessities for ironing). The dining area could be used for socializing and work alike. Sleeping area is partitioned from the rest via a big cabinet, and supplemented with a wardrobe. Sleeping arrangement is 2+1 - two can share the double bed whereas the single guest can use the small and somewhat timely clic-clac couch in the living room. The terrace with a sitting set for two comes as a nice addition, especially for smokers. The best addition, however, is its free parking spot in front of the apartment building (technically it is included in the daily rental price). If the guests wish to use a garage, they have to pay an additional 5 euros per day.
Location and price are the prime selling points of this apartment. Apartments in Belville cannot be bad – the civil engineering and maintenance standards are just too high for it. The surroundings follow suit: a multitude of fine dining establishments, shops and finally the Delta City Shopping Mall are all within walking distance. Sava Wharf, with its seemingly endless array of cocktail bars/restaurants, and a true hidden gem of the city is approximately fifteen minutes away on foot (or three minutes by car). Overall, if you need a decent and affordable accommodation in Belville for three people, OCTAVE is an option.
