PRESIDENT is a phenomenal serviced apartment in a cortyard building in the center of Belgrade. It can cozily accommodate up to four people.
With its unconventional structure and memorable interior design PRESIDENT is the upper middle class of short term rentals in Belgrade. The employable floor area of the apartment is divided into three sections. The first is the lavish living room with a contemporary interior and a foldable L shaped sectional that turns into an additional bed for two. The second section connects the bathroom, kitchen and the bedroom respectively. As the large double bed accommodates two, the sleeping arrangement is 2+2 .The last is the long narrow corridor that may be regarded a pantry, except for the fac that it serves an even better purpose: a luggage disposal unit in a short term rental. Finally, there is a balcony extending two thirds of teh apartment overlooking the quiet courtyard.
In terms of location, PRESIDENT is a rare and absolutely superior occurence in the short term rental market in Belgrade. Nestled in a quarter that literally across the street from the Old Palace, it takes the best of both worlds. It is incredibly close to many prominent landmarks and even more incredibly, quiet and serene. For those who arrive by car, available options of parking are the two public garages within a 300 meters radius or the parking spot in the buildings backyard (10 euros per day).

Apartman je jako cist sto nas je bas prijatno iznenadilo . Udoban krevet i lep ambijent. Domaćin je jako fin i stvarno preporučujemo ovaj apartman svima.
