BACARDI is a nice, new apartment in a newbuilt condominium Voždove Kapije. It can accommodate up to four persons.

Nested on the third floor of a new build in a new and pretty impressive condominium, Voždove Kapije (Duke’s Gates), BACARDI is an exquisite one bedroom apartment with a for short term rent with a capacity to accommodate up to four persons. It consists of a single large room (an open concept living room with a kitchen as its constituent part), a sperate bedroom, a separate bathroom and a neatly arranged terrace. Kitchen is rather neatly packed in the alcove, with a three sided worktop, plenty of built in appliances and a custom made cupboards that blend perfectly in its design. Right underneath the breakfast bar, which is the borderline between the two areas, is the nice oval shaped dining  table for up to four people, and right next to it is the sitting set that consists of a two seater sofa (that unfolds into a double bed) and an armchair facing the low, TV stand.  The bedroom is the second in line, and it comes with a standard double bed, two night stands, and a large ceiling height wardrobe. The third is a comparatively large bathroom, with a modern design and a shower that is partitioned with a sumptuous looking glass panel. Finally, there is a small and well arranged balcony with a wicker chair set for two and quite an agreeable view.  
BACARDI is in an interesting location, in Voždovac, near the Banjica forest and the sports complex within it, and literally right across the street from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade. There is a couple of shopping centres within walking distance of the apartment and a number of cafes, restaurants and other service facilities. A huge advantage of BACARDI is the fact that it comes with a dedicated parking spot in the building’s garage and its usage is included in daily rental price. And speaking of price, it goes up with the number of guests, so do take it into consideration when booking. In all other aspects: that is location, aesthetics and functionality- wise, BACARDI is to be recommended.
