MUTAP is a contemporary style, two bedroom apartment in a quiet street near Slavija square. It can accommodate up to five people.
With seventy square meters of floor area, MUTAP provides a solid level of convenience for five people looking for a short term accommodation in Belgrade. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2+1 – in other words, four can share the two double beds and the fifth person sleeps on a fold-out sofa in the living room. The bedrooms are supplied with wardrobes, so luggage disposal should not pose a problem. The standard kitchenware is supplemented with a coffee machine.MUTAP’s interior design is quite unique: although minimalist, it combines contemporary simple forms with stylish, and overtly decorated elements (this especially refers to lights). Thus, the feeling of spaciousness will also be accompanied with pleasing aesthetics. Two things, however, disqualify it from being adequate for extended stays. The first is the fact that it only has a single bathroom, which may be problematic when all five people are present. The second is the lack of a washing machine.
The apartment is located in a quiet part of Vrachar, near Chubura Park and St Sava Cathedral. Its also one of the apartments in the close vicinity of Slavia Square
.The neighbourhood hosts a variety of shops, including a green Market and some of the famous kafanas and dining establishments (Trandafilovich and Orach). On street parking is availablle (Zone 3), and several bus and trolleybus routes stops are less than two hundred feet away from the apartment. A twenty minute stroll will get you to the central square (Republic Sq) and the main promenade (Knez Mihailo street). So if you are looking for a relatively affordable accommodation in Belgrade near Slavija, MUTAP deserves your attention.
