STONE is one of the five apartments on the thirteenth floor of an apartment building from the 1980s. It has a phenomenal terrace with a smashing view, a separate bedroom, and a capacity to accommodate four people.
STONE is a decent accommodation option with a separate bedroom, open concept living room, bathroom and a large terrace. Apartment is devoid of a real kitchen – instead a counter-top with a sink and a single induction heat plate performs its function. Owing to a fold out three seater in the living room it can sleep up to four people (2+2). Predominantly dark colors of the interior are lightened up by a decorative stone wall coating and abundance of daylight. The greatest advantage of the apartment is its huge terrace with a view towards the Danube.
The apartment is situated in Lower Dorchol area. The immediate neighbourhood might not be particularly appealing, but has certain advantages. There are at least two large supermarkets in the surrounding area , and a five minute walk will get you to one of the nicest sports centers in Belgrade – Milan gale Muškatirović. Kalemegdan Fortress and the Zoo are ten minutes away on foot. A walk (or a bicycle ride) along the nearby Danube wharf can be quite relaxing in summer months. On street parking is limited to three hours, but there is an open parking lot near the sports center where a daily parking ticket will cost less than 10 euros. All in all, an acceptable accommodation in an acceptable location for a group of up to four people.
