OGGY is a tidy, bright apartment for four people in the very center of Belgrade on a fifth floor of an elevatorless building. It is less than 500 meters away from teh Republic Square.
Although basically a studio, this Belgrade apartment packs all the bare necessities in its 35 square meter floor area. The apartment consists of a small hallway with a kitchenette, bathroom with a shower cabin and a large room which is partitioned into a living and sleeping area. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2 - meaning that two can sleep on the double bed and the other two on the fold out ottoman in the living room. The furnishings are new and quite decent and the apartment has a small balcony which overlooks the backyard. As it's on the fifth floor of a tenement that has no elevator, we would definitely not recommend OGGY to those who are not in shape.
Location is perfect for those who seek a short term rental in Belgrade city center. Republic square is literally a five minute stroll. The immediate neighbourhood has a variety of bakeries shops and restaurants, whereas the nearby Palmoticheva street is cluttered with beautiful street cafes. On street parking equates to a nightmare, but for those keen on having their own vehicle, there is a parking lot in Cetinska street just 550 meters away. The daily rate is rougly translates to 15 euros. When all is added up, OGGY is one of the more affordable options of short term accommodation in Belgrade and should be taken into consideration if budget is a constraining factor
