FIGURE is a stylish short term rental in A Block (New Belgrade). It accommodates two persons and has a dedicated parking spot.
FIGURE is a standard studio apartment in Block A, a new residential complex across the street from Delta City Shopping Mall. It is standard, however, only within the complex itself. Compared to a majority of apartments outside this Block it exceeds the aesthetical and qualitative criteria by a long-shot. This becomes clear form the very moment you enter it. The thirty square meters of floor area, neatly partitioned between the bathroom and a large room that is in fact an open plan bedroom speak of modern and simple interior design and good taste. The lack of a standard living room has been superseded by a well packed dining table for four that serves as a functional border between the kitchen and bed.The entryway holds all of the necessary storage facilities (wardrobes, shoe and coat racks) and its small and cozy bathroom comes with a washing machine. FIGURE, albeit very small, appears noblish – not just because of its fine base, but also because of its exquisite combo of faux classical furnishings and a fine choice of decorations (custom print wallpapers, flaunting mirror frames and a multitude of smaller vases, candles and jib jabs). All in all, a very pleasant ambiance for a couple.
Although all three residential complexes within New Belgrade blocks 66 and 67 – Belville, Savada and Block A – are so near each other that they could be treated as one entity. Given the degrees of quality that each one of them has profiled itself, they all have their own place in our offer. A Block represents the most luxurious of the three and the fact is pretty much reflected in the pricing of most of the short term rentals within it. Parking spot is available.
