NIXON is a studio apartment in Belgrade Watrfront residential complex. It can sleep a single person or a couple.
Packed within merely 30 square meters of floor area, into a rather agreeable and snuggled whole, NIXON is a modern, nice looking and fully equipped studio apartment, equally suitable for short, medium, and long term stays. It consists of a long entryway, with a fully equipped kitchen molded into its side, that blends into a bedroom with a lovely doble bed, that contains a breakfast bar a built in wardrobe and a cute armchair tucked into its side. The only separate bit is the bathroom, and the laundry is hidden behind the sliding door of a ceiling height wardrobe in the entryway. Structurally identical to the remaining US presidents in the building (to be precise, apartments TRUMAN, LINCOLN and REAGAN), it is a textbook example of modern, condominium based studio. On the other hand it is indeed the most intimately and gently designed of the aforementioned four.
The apartment is located in Belgrade Waterfront, a residential complex that is, at the moment of writing of this text, still being built. And that unfortunately goes for most of the facilities surrounding it – and that list is quite impressive. Untill then, its main advantages include the proximity of Belgrade Fairground, night out quarter Savamala and the central Coach Terminal – albeit the latter will not stay there for long. The use of a dedicated parking spot in the buildings underground garage is included in its daily rental price. All in all, if you were looking for accommodation in Belgrade Waterfront, LINCOLN is definitely one of the choices.
