GAGARIN is a small, tidy apartment in Belgrade for two. Located in New Belgrade's block 62, close to Piramida market, it is one of the cheapest apartments in our offer. Suitable for those who come to Belgrade by car.
GAGARIN is a thirty square meter studio apartment in New Belgrade with a separate bathroom, kitchen and an open concept living room. It has a small balcony which overlooks a scenery of rather unusual aesthetics (the 62nd Block). The furnishings in the whole apartment are new, and the kitchen, in spite of its relatively small size, has a set of appliances that other, much bigger apartments don’t have. The bathroom is in fact the least appealing bit of the apartment, but it serves its purpose. Given that the apartment has a washer, it is also suitable for medium term stays.
In terms of location, this apartment is by no means standard. It would be absurd to discuss the tourist offer of this part of town, as the block it’s in is the embodiment of socialist ideas of residential areas. However, those who have business or relatives in this part of town (and with the number of residential units in the space, it’s likely that everyone has relatives there) it is very suitable. The price puts it at the top of our cheapest apartments in Belgrade list. If you ever wanted an authentic New Belgrade Commieblock residential experience, GAGARIN will definitely provide it. And the price IS right...
