PEARL is a wonderful, brand new one bedroom apartment, located in Belgrade's most sophisticated residential complex. It treasures a lovely, eleventh floor view over New Belgrade and is a comfortable abode for up to four adults.
In PEARL, a set of five functional rooms is apportoioned "spirally" on a forty five square meter rectangular base. The only room that is a walkthrough is the living area. It has a dining table for four, and a lovely fold out ottoman sofa that turns into a comfortable bed for two. From there, a small hallway diverges into a cute kitchennette or an incredibly snuggled bedroom a which has a standard double bed, an adorable built in wardrobe and a window view that will make you think you've dozed off in an airplane. A faitly big pantry connects to the kitchen (which is a perfect spot for your luggage) and the bathroom which is right next to the entrance has a decent little shower cabin inside. The apartment has a number of decorations which add up to the solemn, peaceful (and discernibly quiet) eleventh floor atmosphere.The lack of an oven and washing machine make it higly reccomendable for short term rent only.
Belvile is one of the most interesting locations to settle in Belgrade, and unprecedented as far as short term rentals in New Belgrade are concerned. The neighbourghood is home to a consumerist temple – the outstanding Delta City, and a ten minute walk folowed by a three minute cruise over the river will get you to the Belgrade sea. A dedicated enclosed parking spot in front of the building is at guest's disposal with no additional surcharges.
