TULIP is a short term rental in Belville with all of the standard amenities for four people. The residential complex hosts a veriety of interesting commercial and recreational facilities (and a famous running track in the middle of it).  
The Sava Wharf is a ten minute walk and a ten minute ride on public transport, gets you to the city center. A parking spot comes with the apartment at no extra cost. Therefore, if you need a standard short term rental in Belville, for four people, TULIP is definitely one of the possible choices.
