ATALANTIC is an extraordinary studio for two in an brand new apartment building. It is located in a residential complex not far from the Delta City shopping mall i New Belgrade.
ATLANTIC is a studio apartment for two, nested on a first floor of a newbuild in a prime area of New Belgrade the 67th A block. Relatively small floor area packs an entryway with a large wardriobe, a bathroom and single central room with a sleeping area and a kitchennette with a breakfast bar. Its forms are simple, accent lights effective and its wall covered in a reflexive surface enhances the feeling of spaciousness.
Apart from high maintenance standards and novelty of the whole residential block, the apartments surroundings have also quite a bit to offer. Delta City Shopping Mall, the Sava Wharf and Ada Cignalija area all within walking distance. The only drawback of the apartment is the lack of a dedicated parking spot. But in general if you need an apartment near Delta City for two, or just an apartment in Savada, ATLANTIC is a fine choice.
