Within the boundaries of  what is considered average for one bedroom apartments, but way above average  in terms of its orgnaisation and furnishings, VELVET is a short term rental on Southern Boulevard in Belgrade with a plethora of advantages in comparison to its peers that are more centrally located. It consists of a separate bathroom, an open concept living room and a separate bedroom. In a qualitative sense, each of the rooms is modern, well equipped and furnished and aesthetically rather appealing. The kitchenette comes with a microwave and a breakfast bar with four accompanying bar stools that separate it from the rest of the room, whereas the living area has an armchair and a two seater sofa, and both can be unfolded into beds 8a single and a double respectively). The bedroom comes with a double bed, but it-s also got an additional TV set mounted on the wall opposite the headboard, framed in a beautiful motif of decorative brick-stone, and the bathroom albeit simple, comes with all the necessary "bathroomware" (towel dryers, shower cabin and a washing machine). Although intended for up to 5 persons, since the apartment has only a single built in wardrobe, we would recommend it either to a smaller number of guests, or a short term stay. If all five persons are present, however, VELVET is also rather affordable.  
Affordability owes much to the location, which is far from touristy – and that may be a good thing for those who need a place that is suitable for extended stays. A hypermarket is literally across the street, and on street parking is free of charge (in one of the surrounding streets). The very center is reachable via public transport and many frequent routes (namely 24 25 and 26) stop nearby – and it will take approximately 10 minutes to get to it. When everything is taken into account, VELVET recommends itself to those who need accommodation on Southern Boulevard or to those who know their way about Belgrade and appreciate modern interiors.
