NAPOLEON is a two bedroom apartment in a new-build in Vracar. It accommodates up to seven people.
You enter NAPOLEON straight from the street. After a small flight of stairs, a long corridor leads to four other rooms in the apartment : the bathroom, huge open plan living room and the two bedrooms with standard double beds. The two sofas in the living room can be unfolded into a single and a double bed, so that seven people can sleep in it – in a 2+2+2+1 arrangement. Truth be told, aesthetics had been sacrificed for the sake of functionality and convenience. Each of the rooms id air conditioned, all sleeping areas are furnished with wardrobes and TV sets, the kitchenware is supplemented with a dishwasher and the bathroom is equipped with both washing and drying machines. The only detail that might stifle your convenience is the fact that it has a single bathroom. When all seven guests are present, washing up in the morning may become problematic.
Location may be of interest to those who seek accommodation in Vračar or an apartment near the St Sava Temple. A great many old-time kafanas, cafes, shops and restaurants are within a 100 meters radius.It takes less than ten minutes on foot to get to Slavija square and half that time if you use public transport. Trolleybus and bus stops are nearby as well, and for those who arrive by car, there is a possibility of on street parking (Zone 3). The last, but at the same time greatest selling point of this apartment is its price.
