SIGMA is a one bedroom apartment in a new-build, located in the greater city center of Belgrade. Quite close to ZIRA shopping center, it also has a dedicated parking spot in the garage (available at a surcharge of 5€ per day.
Neatly nested on the fifth floor, SIGMA is oriented towards the street on one side and the backyard on the other. It is a medium size one bedroom apartment and perfectly arranged for the needs of short term stays. The impeccably furnished living room also includes the kitchen and a breakfast bar for two. Sitting area consists of a cozy armchair and even cozier three-seater that can be unfolded into a double bed. The other end of the apartment holds a modest, but very pleasant bedroom with a small double bed (140 in width), a wardrobe and an exit to a pretty large terrace. Midway between the two rooms is the small and yet gracefully arranged bathroom with a shower cabin and a washer.
The surroundings are practically in the center of the city - Roosewelt’s street is one of the busiest thoroughfares in Belgrade is literally behind the corner. Commercial facilities in the neighbourhood enlist the mid-range shopping center ZIRA (with a plethora of unknown brand shops) and a multitude of restaurants including the (in)famous Lorenzo&Kakalamba, where kitsch goes way beyond absurdity. In case you arrive by car, on street parking is available, as well as a parking spot in the garage (additional 5€ per day). If you're looking for Belgrade apartments, and the very center does not top your criteria, SIGMA is an excellent choice.
