TEO is a typical one bedroom apartment in a newbuild in Belgrade. The well organised floor area packs a large L shaped open concept living room, a bathroom and a bedroom into just a bit under fifty square meters. The bulk of the apartment taken by the living room area, it consists of three separate functional wholes – the kitchen, the lovely dining area for for and the sitting area with a large sectional ottoman that unfolds into a double bed. The bedroom is comparatively small with just enough room for a standard double bed, a combined built in wardrobe and a nightstand. The bathroom is small and neat equipped with a shower cabin. Decorative details are few but effective, making the overall atmosphere enjoyable and airy. The novelty and overall high standard justifies the price which is in the range of upper middle class of short term rentals in Belgrade.
Belgrade Apartments in Newbuilds, at least when the center of Belgrade is concerned, are confined to the larger city center area. Same goes for TEO. With just a couple hundred meters from ZIRA Shopping center and ten minutes walk to Vukov Spomenik, TEO can hardly be characterized as being in a location appealing to tourists. However, for those who know their way around Belgrade it might be just as good as the very center. Even more so as it’s got a feature that is precious – a designated parking spot in the building’s garage (surcharge is 5euros per day). All in all, if you wish for a nice and new short term rental in Belgrade with a garage, TEO is worth your time.
