A fully refurbished, neatly arranged one bedroom apartment nestled on the thirteenth floor of a New Belgrade Skyscraper.
SWALLOW was named to denote the very high location it is at (as swallows usually build their nests in very high places) and not the other thing that you probably tempted to associate it with. This New Belgrade apartment was fully refurbished in January 2014 and it contains a bedroom that is functionally partitioned into two : the living area and the sleeping area. An interesting cupboard makes the partition, and the TV which is placed upon it, is on a rotating stand, so it's possible to watch TV from literally anywhere in the apartment. The kitchen and dining area adjoin a charming little living room which leads onto the terrace.The terrace treasures a lovely view over the Palace of Serbia and Belgrade Fortress.
Apartment's location in New Belgrade is a recommendable one: a bus stop with high frequency bus lines going to the city center is literally in front of the building. The ground floor of the enement has an array of small shops and Merkator Shopping Mall is across the street. If you wish to go for a walk or a night out, the Danube Wharf is just 10 minutes away. For those who arrive by car, on street parking is available (free of charge), as well as the garage in Merkator.
