HEDONIA is a lovely, tidy little studio for short term rent in Savada, snuggled on the last floor of a brand new apartment building of a brand new residential complex in New Belgrade. It consists of an open concept living room, a separate bathroom and a extremely neat terrace that overlooks the panorama of the geometrically perfect building blocks of Savada and Block A residential complexes. It is intended to accommodate two people, preferably a couple, who can share the fold out sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes with a standard set of kitchenware and appliances, and the bathroom, apart from a very nice aesthetic feel also has a dishwasher inside. Simple forms, suspended ceilings with interesting lighting fixtures add up to the pleasant ambiance for a short term stay in New Belgrade.

The residential grounds are brand new, with immaculate upkeep and a multitude of commercial establishments. A ten minute walk will get you to the Sava Wharf (place with an endless array of riverside restaurants and cafes), and another 2 minute boat ride will get you to the Belgrade Sea (Ada Ciganlija). All in all, if you need a studio or any other type of apartment for short term rent in New Belgrade, HEDONIA is a rather decent, and in the long run, rather affordable choice.
