PHOENIX is a very interesting short term rental in Dorćol. It sleeps up to four people.
PHOENIX is a short term rental with a somewhat unusual arrangement but remarkably fit for the purpose. It is on the fifth floor of a tenement in what is arguably second most famous street in Dorćol, and on its floor area of forty square meters it packs a long hallway with access to a small living room with a kitchenette, a standard modern bathroom, and a large and very impressive, albeit simply furnished bedroom. Aesthetically, apartment is above average, owing to a smart choice of colours, materials and modern design. It has a washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space (in the bedroom) and is intended for up to four people – a couple can share the double bed and the other two can share the clic-clac couch in the “living room” area.
PHOENIX is positioned perfectly for a city break. Kalemegdan is a 5 minute walk, and a bit more than that will take to get to Knez Mihailova street. Many cultural and historical sites of interest are within walking distance, as well as a multitude of interesting cafes, fine dining establishments and clubs. On street parking is limited up to three hours and the closest public parking lots are at least 15 minutes away on foot (and at least as many euros for a daily parking ticket).
