PINOCCHIO is a studio apartment in a newbuld in Vračar, close to Autokomanda, It accommodates two people.
This small, agreeable and rather tidy studio in the greater city center, equally suitable for short term or medium term rent is nested on the third floor of a newly built apartment building, which does not have an elevator. The apartment consists of a single large open concept living room and a separate bathroom. The cute, cream white three seater sofa, unfolds into a comfy double bed, so the apartment can sleep up to two people (preferably a couple). Interior design is simple, stylistically neutral and practical. A very neatly arranged kitchen is partitioned from the rest of the room via a breakfast bar, with three adorable bar stools. There is plenty of wardrobe space, and the bathroom comes with a washing machine in it. Last is the terrace that overlooks a slightly disarrayed but quiet backyard.
The apartment is located on the lower border of Chubura, in the greater city center area. Within a hundred meters radius there are four different bus stops leading to other parts of the city. The very center takes ten minutes on bus. One of the stations of Belgrade’s underground is also in the relative proximity so connection to New Belgrade is also fine. Chubura Park and Belgrade’s Peyton Place are a five minute uphill walk and from there another four minutes will get you to St Sava Temple. The neighbourhood has a number of shops, bakeries and pharmacies, so you are unlikely to run out of anything during your stay. On street parking is available and limited to three hours. All in all, if you need a neat little studio for two, and the very center is not your priority, think about PINOCCHIO.
