TOM is a stunning one bedroom apartment, right in the heart of Belgrade. Its interior design, done by a prominent Belgrade architect will leave you speechless. TOM accommodates up to four people.

Every square inch of this holiday apartment lives up to the standards of living in the twenty first century. The floor area of forty square meters hosts a one bedroom apartment with a unique interior that will always cheer you up. The living room L-shaped ottoman is a fold out so the apartment can sleep up to four people (preferably in 2+2 arrangement). The two, ceiling height, sliding door wardrobes will leave you an abundance of storage space and the washing machine in the bathroom qualifies TOM a cozy abode for extended stays as well. It shars the building with BETTY which can accommodate two more people. A fine soundproof insulation will, at times, make you forget that you are in one of the busiest quarters of Belgrade’s city center, although not entirely. Finallz, it is one of the very few non-smoking apartments in our offer.
The prestige of its furnishings is followed by a prestigious location – many important landmarks are in walking distance. You’ll be in Terazije square in less than a minute and Knez Mihailova or Republic Square will take you five. In an underground passage just a hundred meters away is a supermarket working 24/7, and same goes for many of the fast food establishments in its surroundings. There is a possibility of parking on demand at an additional 10 euro daily rate, and closest public garage is next to the Old Palace, where a daily ticket will cost you an additional 20 euros per day..

Zaista vrhunski smeštaj u strogom centru. Malo je bucno kad se otvore prozori ali reprezentativan enterijer, vrhunska usluga, sve je blizu. Za one bez kola- sve preporuke!
