Apart from high maintenance standards and novelty of the whole residential block, the apartments surroundings have also quite a bit to offer. Delta City Shopping Mall, the Sava Wharf and Ada Cignalija area all within walking distance. The only drawback of the apartment is the lack of a dedicated parking spot. But in general if you need an apartment near Delta City for two, or just an apartment in Savada, BENGAL is a fine choice.
