The terms and conditions of booking for New Year differ from rest of the year .The following rules apply:
- Prices are 50 to even 150% higher than usual depending on the size of the apartment, its location or the actual length of reservation.
- Reservations of 5 nights get precedence to those under that number.
- Advance payment is obligatory, amounting to at least 30% of the total cost of the reservation.
We do not rent apartments for a single night on New Year’s Eve.
