VIEW is a commodious and well arranged, two bedroom apartment in Savamala district in Belgrade. Its neat interior can accommodate up to seven people.
With a full eighty square meters of floor area, partitioned functional areas and thoroughly renovated interior, VIEW is a relatively rare occurrence among the short term rentals in central Belgrade. Its lovely, tidy antechamber is a connection between other functional areas of the apartment: kitchen with a small dining table, a bathroom, main bedroom, and the living room to which another decently sized bedroom connects to. Each of the rooms is modern and practically furnished, with excellent sound and thermal proofing, and the decorative details are just enough to make the apartment pleasant to stay in. In terms of style, the apartment is dominated with contemporary furnishings and interior with scattered archaic details. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2+2+1 – two couples on double beds in bedrooms, two on the sofa that unfolds in the living room, and a single person on the three-seater couch that is also in the living room. Owing to its orientation and the fact that it lies on the seventh floor of an apartment building, it is quite bright for most of the day, and its windows provide an interesting view towards the river. VIEW is indeed a pleasant place to stay in, but prospective guests should note that it does have a very unusual pricing policy. So unusual that its affordability comes to be only when all seven guests are present. And ironically, when all seven are present it becomes less convenient as they all have to share a single bathroom.
VIEW belongs to a small and somewhat exclusive group of apartments in Belgrade’s Savamala district
. Superbly positioned for an extended night out weekend, city breaks and the likes, VIEW deserves a moderate recommendation for a larger group of friends who seek to stay in this popular neighborhood. There is a number of recreational, commercial but also cultural and historical places of interest in its immediate surroundings, and the connection to all other parts of town is guaranteed by the proximity of Zeleni Venac which is a public transport hub. That said, it should be noted that it is not particularly suitable for those who arrive by car, as on street parking is limited up to three hours only and the closest public parking lots are at least ten minutes 15 euros away (pun intended). The pricing policy is also quite unusual, so bear that in mind before you decide to book it.
