TIMOK is a bright apartment for up to four people in a newbuild in Vracar. It has a separate bedroom a balcony and a brand spanking new interior.
It consists of a large open-plan living room, and physically separate bathroom and bedroom. You step right into the living room from the entrance, to be greeted by an L-shaped ottoman in smooth sonoma colours, a neat dining table with three chairs, and a large exit to a balcony which lets in a torrent daylight. Small, but incredibly orderly arranged kitchen is hidden behind the corner with all of the amenities one would expect, and the bathroom comes with a washing machine. The spartan looks of the bedroom (apart from the double bed and the wardrobe there is little else in terms of furnishings) makes it perfect for sleeping. The lack of In a way this could be said of the whole apartment but the novelty subsidizes the impression quite a bit. TIMOK can accommodate up to four people, as the sofa in the living room folds out into double bed.
The apartment is nested in a relatively quiet quarter, between two important thoroughfares in Belgrade (Cara Nikolaja II and Southern Boulevard). The apartment building i’s in is brand new and it has a shop on the ground floor. Just a hundred meters away is Belgrade Drama Theater and the famous monument Red Cross, which is how the whole neighbourhood got its name (Crveni Krst is Red Cross in Serbian). The facilities of all sorts are cluttered around it, including a post office, banks, kafanas, and restaurants. If you arrive by car, parking is limited up to three hours, but in spite of the distance from “the very center” the connection to this part of Belgrade is ensured by a number of high frequency routes of public transport. All in all if zou want a brand new apartment in a new apartment building, slightly dislodged from the hustle and bustle of the center, TIMOK should be on the list of possible choices.
