SUNFLOWER is a one bedroom apartment in Belville that can accommodate up to four people. Parking is surcharged at a 5 euros per day rate.
If you take into account its floor area and the number of people it accommodates, SUNFLOWER may well be the most affordable among Belville apartments in New Belgrade, as far as our offer is concerned. It is a standard one bedroom apartment in where slight adaptations have brought about the enhancement of living space. You enter the apartment into a small anteroom with a large ceiling height wardrobe, and on your right is a neat bathroom with a tub and a washing machine. The antechamber leads into a large living room which is functionally divided into a sitting and dining area, whereas the small bar partitions it from the kitchen. One of the two sofas is a fold out and turns into a double bed making the sleeping arrangement possible in a 2+2 manner. The bedroom has another double bed and yet another large wardrobe with an exit to a very small, but heated and fully glazed balcony. The whole apartment is furnished in a simple palette of colors (a mix of light green, sonoma and wenge) and agreeable decorative details (tablecloths, vases and pictures of Old Belgrade) hence creating an unobtrusive domesticated atmosphere about it.
Given all of the above and its price SUNFLOWER is a very good choice for extended stays. And to those who have stayed in Belville once, will hardly need to be prodded into extending it. Apart from the aforementioned shopping mall, which is in itself a reason enough to visit, the whole residential complex is packed with facilities that may be of interest (including a Thai massage parlor). For those fond of sports and recreation, the Sava Wharf and Ada Ciganliya are just ten minutes away, and all other types of shopping can be done in one of hypermarts in the nearby Omaldinskih Brigada Street or the slightly more southern Flea Market. City center takes fifteen minutes by car and as much by public transport. .
