ROMEO is a large two bedroom apartment and a bathroom with a jacuzzi jetted bathtub. It is in the prime area of Belgrade and accommodates up to 6 people.
Compared with the remainder of our offer, ROMEO is a rather non-standard accommodation capacity. It’s a spacious two bedroom apartment, with an unusual structure and fine, and yet somewhat unusual furnishings. In essence, it consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and an open plan living room, shaped like a Latin letter L that interconnects them. It can sleep up to 6 people, four of which can share the two double beds in the bedrooms and the remaining two on the fold-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is quite spacious and well equipped – in addition to the standard appliances there is also a dish-washer . Interior design for the most of it is unusual. It fully utilities the daylight, and yet in a blink of an eye, owing to the blinds ad draperies and the black neon lights it turns into a „night-club“ setting. The nuances of pink, dark brown and black just serve to enhance this impression. A detail that might not be to everyone’s liking is that the bathing takes place in a jacuzzi - which is a bit cumbersome when all six guests are present. There is also a washing machine there, so ROMEO might be considered suitable for extended stays as well.
The apartment is located in one of Belgrade’s most central settings. All of the landmarks and meeting points in the center are just a short stroll away: this includes KneZ Mihajlova, Terazije and Republic square. The neighbourhood is crawling with commercial and cultural establishments. Although a very dense network of public transport routes leading to all other parts of town encircles the immediate neighbourhhood of the apartment, ROMEO is suitable for those who arrive by their own car. The parking spot in the buildings garage is surcharged 10 euros per day, which may be considered a good deal as on street parking is virtually impossible in the area. On top of that, the daily rent price may be considered budget-friendly as since it does not go over 10 euros per day per person, at full capacity. If we’re to recommend ROMEO to a particular group of people, we’d say that ROMEO is a perfect abode for a group of young adults on a city break.
