In many respects, PREMIYA is a prize of sorts when you talk about apartments in Belgrade for short term rent. Although a simply organised, one-bedroom apartment its aesthetic qualities and its list of amenities at guests disposal, put it in the upper middle class of short term rentals in the very heart of the city. The main room, which is also the first one you enter is the beautiful kitchen with an adjoining dining area and access to all other rooms in the apartment. On the right hand side are the doorways to the smaller of the bedrooms (with a double bed) and the skillfully designed bathroom. The living room is functionally partitioned between the sitting and sleeping area. The first contains two lounge chairs and a neat coffee table, and the sleeping area is taken up by a large double bed with an upholstered headboard. The sleeping arrangement is hence, logical – 2+2. The innovative lighting solutions (the rib-like panel with a luminous background in the dining area is just one of them) create an ambiance of exclusivity, and the list of kitchenware and other house appliances, ensure a truly comfortable stay. Authentic decorations and a display cabinet with souvenirs make PREMIYA a perfect place for a city break.
Packed in a courtyard house PREMIYA is probably settled in one of the most quiet parts in the very center of Belgrade. The street it’s in doesn't have much traffic, and it happens to host a small museum (dedicated to Jovan Cvijic). Within a 100m meters radius you will find several fine dining establishments, coffeehouses and cafes. You can get to Republic Square in five minutes on foot, and just a minute away from the apartment building is the complex of bus and tram stops so your connection to all other parts of town is guaranteed. If you arrive by car, there is a possibility of leaving your car on a dedicated parking spot 300m away from the building, but you need to emphasize this requirement during the booking process.
