PAUSE is a nice and commodious one bedroom apartment with a balcony. It's got a generous floor area and an appearance of a perfect abode for two people. It's close to hotel Hayat in New Belgrade.
PAUSE is a very neat, commodious residence with above average furnishings and a location that is gradually becoming the new city center. The apartment consists of five separate rooms, each of which serves a separate function. The living room has a sitting set with two sofas and an armchair, but unlike most of the short term rentals, they are not fold-outs. The large, queen-size double bed is the sole place envisioned for sleeping, and in the case of utmost need there is an inflatable bed that can sleep another two people. The kitchen comes with an impressive list of amenities (including the dish-washer, toaster and a coffee machine) and the neatly arranged bathroom comes with a large shower cabin, and a washing machine so that PAUSE can turn into an extended stay variant as well. There is plenty of wardrobe space: a huge closet spreads the whole width of the foyer, and a neat chest of drawers in the bedroom serves the purpose quite well. The last but not least is the balcony overlooking the greenery of courtyard of New Belgrade’s 21 block.
At the very crossing of the old town into New Belgrade, PAUSE has quite a favorable location. Just a couple minutes walk from the Sava Center
, and very near the Belgrade Arena
, apartment PAUSE is positioned perfectly for a great variety of visitors. It’s a decent corporate stay option, perfect for festival goers and probably the nearest apartment to confluence shopping mall in our offer. This makes it perfect for shopping tours, as the parking in the mall gets quite crowded on weekends, and you can literally walk to Confluence form the apartment. On street parking is free of charge, and a number of high frequency public transport routes stop just a couple hundred meters away. The very center is either a pleasant ten minute walk over Branko's Bridge or a single bus stop away. All in all, if you are looking for a brand new and commodious one bedroom apartment in New Belgrade, take a pause for a PAUSE.
