OZONE is a brand new studio apartment in Belgrade in a brand new building in Vrachar just ten minutes away from the St Sava Cathedral. It can accommodate two people..
This studio apartment in the greater city center area in Belgrade can be said to have all of the finer qualities deemed necessary for a good short term rental. Its space is astutely organised, packing three functionally separate wholes (the kitchen/dining, living and sleeping) on a floor area smaller than 20 square meters. Furnishings are brand new and appropriated for the use of a single couple (double bed, two armchairs and two bar stools in the dining area). OZONE also has a neat little detail – a cupboard “hidden” behind a mirror in the hallway which is another example of space utilization. The bathroom is physically separate and has a shower cabin (but unfortunately not a washing machine). The neighbourhood it’s in is a web of quiet one way streets and low apartment buildings and houses. Just a couple hundred meters away is trolleybus stop from where you can get to the Old Town in ten minutes. This is not to say that a stroll through Chubura doesn’t have its own pleasant surprises. The part of the street it’s on is out of the zoned parking system, but as the streets are narrow, there arenn’t particularly many of them.
In short, if you happen to be looking for a nice and cheap accommodation for two in the greater city center area, of Belgrade, OZONE might just be the place for you.
