MITROS is a brand new, quite agreeable and impeccably tidy one bedroom apartment in Belgrade. It accommodates up to five people.
MITROS is yet another basement flat
in our offer that give a good name to Belgrade basement flats – at least in the short term rentals market. Unlike its peers (CUBE
- located in the Old City), MITROS rests on the hilly Vrachar which i much further away from the very center. It can accommodate 5 adults but the fifth person pays an extra 5 euros per day. The apartment has it own entrance which is in fact it is the basement entrance. The 45 square meters of floor area are neatly partitioned into four separate rooms each of which is quite becomingly furnished. The largest is the living room with two foldable loveseats and the dining area within it, painted in pleasant creamy colour. Second biggest is the bedroom – with a standard double bed and a large wardrobe which makes the sleeping arrangement possible in a 2+2+1 fashion. The bathroom is a one with a shower cabin, but it also has a washer, which makes MITROS suitable for extended stays. The kitchen, albeit narrow, is fully equipped withutensils. The neighbourhood it’s in is a a calm area of Vrachar – a quiet one-way street on the border od Chubura and Red Cross is not without its charms. The trolleybuses passing through the street it parallels (King Nikolay II) will get you to Slavia Square in no time, and it also happens to host an abundance of small shops, fast food establisments and a couple of popular bars and cafes. On street parking is available (zone 3) but for those who need it there is a possibility of renting a nearby garage (100 meters away) at an additional 5 euros per day. There is also a free parking spot in front of the garage.
Once you take all of its characteristics into account. MITROS might be a good choice for a family, and almost perfect for a small group of friends travelling on a tight budget.
