LAUREL is a brilliant, luxurious two bedroom apartment with an immaculate upkeep in the center of Belgrade. It can accommodate up to four people.
Nested on the fifth floor of an old apartment building (in which the elevator only goes up to fourth) in the heart of old Belgrade, LAUREL is asuperb accommodation in one of the oldest urban quarters in Belgrade. Fifty something square meters of floor area have been precisely partitioned between the five areas: long corridor, spacious bathroom, two bedrooms and an open concept living room with adjoining kitchen which is functionally divided by a memorable breakfast bar. Each of the rooms is a story of its own. The first is the bathroom which boasts truly sumptuous furnishings and perfect organisation: apart from the two vessel sinks and the large mirror this temple of hygiene also boasts a hydromassage bath and a lavish shower cabin. The chromed towel heaters and the washer are merely nice additions to the overall convenience. Next to it is the bedroom – it has single bed with a pull out trundle, a decent sized wardrobe and a computer desk. Sitting area puts a loveseat couch, an armchair, a lot of different light sources and a gigantic 50“ Tesla TV set at guests disposal and it is truly one of the most pleasant interiors in our offer. The kitchen utilises space to the fullest extent and in addition to standard kitchenware also has a coffe maker. Last is the master bedroom, fairly modest in its dimensions with a large double bed with pull out storage drawers. It should be noted that there is ample wardrobe space in the apartment as the built in sliding door closet spreads full width (and ceiling height) of the hallway.
Interior design is very contemporary, with an appropriately small number of decorative details and the mahogany painted floor supplements the impression. The luxurious epithet is further justified by the attention paid to guests convenience – each receives their own pair of slippers, and there is also a safe deposit box, for valuables.
Given the location which is very central and a very busy street it's in, LAUREL is astonishingly quiet. The proximity of Zeleni Venac bus hub guarantees a good connection to pretty much all other parts of the city, thus eliminating a need for a car. Immediate neighbourhood hosts a McDonald's (that works until late), a plethora of local burger joints and bakeries, newsstands, Zeleni venac Green Market, and a number of other shops, so those who stay in LAUREL are unlikely to walk far if they run short of anything. A must see for all tourists is the oldest confectionery shop in Belgrade, which is literally less than a hudred meters away from teh apartment. Savamala neighbourhood with its array of night clubs is a three minute walk. All in all LAUREL will serve a variety of visitors needs. Finally, it belongs to the Savamala quarter which is a hotspot of Belgrade nightlife. Therefore, if you want a truly well furnished, upscale apartemnt in a trendy area in Belgrade, LAUREL is the place for you.
