Short term rental Vrachar i Vozhdovac, GARIBALDI is in a densely populated area, but in a quiet (dead-end) part id the street. It stands on the first floor of a new three storey apartment building. Rather characteristic of new-builds, the apartment was conceived as a one bedroom apartment, where the open concept living room comes with a fully equipped kitchen partitioned via a breakfast bar is its constituent part, together with a dining table for four persons and a fold out sectional sofa. The bedroom is somewhat classic, with a wardrobe, a clothes rack and a standard double bed. Both the bedroom and the living room have access to narrow, but neat balcony that surrounds the apartment (the one in the bedroom is glazed and closed-up). The bathroom is very modern, with a built shower cabin, a fancy set of bathroom utilities and a washing machine. The apartment’s furnishings in general are contemporary, carefully picked and well arranged so it really feels bigger than it is, in fact.
Locationwise, GARIBALDI belongs to both Vrachar and Vozhdovac. It is at the border of the two municipalities and it really offers a modern, comfy abode in a quiet part of an otherwise busy neighbourhood. It also has a garage that can be used at a surcharge of 5 euros per day. The proximity of Maxim Gorky street guarantees a fine connection with all other parts of town, via public transport. Although the majority of buildings in the neighbourhood are in fact low-rise family houses, there is plenty of shops, cafes, and other commercial facilities, so you are unlikely to run short of anything during your stay that you won’t be able to find within a 500 metres radius. When you add up the fact that the price it comes at is fairly competitive, if you are looking for a short term rental in Vrachar that offers value for money, then GARIBALDI is definitely it.
