EXCELSIOR is a rather commodious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Belgrade - in the close proximity of its namesake hotel. It can accommodate up to four people.
In the sea of one bedroom apartments in the very heart of Belgrade, this short term rental stands out with its rather spacious rooms and a floor area that exceeds the average. It consists of four separate rooms, antechamber and a pantry. The first in line is the bedroom – with minimalist decorum and pragmatism written all over it. The only pieces of furniture are the wardrobe, large double bed and two night stands, and its custom-print brick patterned wallpaper breaks the monotony. Second is the living room – with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, TV stand and enough room for a footbal pitch between the two.
The next in line is the slightly retrograde, but decent bathroom containing a tub and a washer and the kitchenette with a similar overall impression. Its cute furnishings are somewhat discrepant to kitchenware, because the cooktop consists of only two hotplates. The tall windows let plenty of daylight into the apartment. Sleeping arrangement is 2+2, with enough distance between the two commodious rooms. If you’re fond of floorboard crackling, you’ll have the full monty.
The area it’s in is considered elite in Belgrade. Under two minutes away from the parliament and city hall, you can hardly be in a better location. Parking is pretty much impossible, unless you are willing to spare some funds for a daily ticket in one the public garages (Parliament and Masarikova are both within wallking radius). Shops bakeries and bars in the neighbourhood work around the clock. As we noted before, its furnishings aren’t particularly enviable, but the spaciousness and location are, and the price is really adequate. This makes the apartment ideal for a small family or a group of friends on a city break, who are looking for an apartment in the center of Belgrade at a budget friendly rate.
