CHESS is a one bedroom basement flat in a newbuild in Vračar. It accommodates up to four people.
With fourty square meters of floor area, a rather bright interior and an almost minimalist design, CHESS creates a rather pleasant ambiance which will make you forget that you are in a basement. It consists of a small entryway that stems into three directions: towards a cute little bathroom with a bath tub and washing machine, towards a small neat bedroom snuggled under the batter, and finally towards the larhge open concept living room). It is intended to accommodate up to four persons: two would share the double bed in the bedroom and the other two would have to squeeze on the sofa in the living room. However, the price varies significantly depending on the number of guests, so if we were to reccomend it, it would only be for two persons. Besides, it’s pricing policy discourages single overnights, so it is not suitable for shortest stays.
CHESS lies on theouter rim of the city center, not far from Čubura Park, in a quiet one way street, which is in close proximity of some of the main city thoroughfares. Its connection to the very center os great owing to a multitude of rather frequent lines of public transport that pass through the area. If you arrive by car, on street paking is available, but limited up to three hours. In short if you were looking for a brigh, albeit basement flat, convenient for two on the edge of central Belgrade, take CHESS into consideration.
