CAPPUCCINO is a bright and spacious apartment in Vračar. It has two bedrooms and can sleep up to five peoople.

Spanning over 75 meters of floor area, on the third floor of a brand new building in the heart of Chubura in Vrachar, CAPPUCINO is a refreshment of sorts on the short term rental sky in Belgrade. It is a two bedroom apartment with a beautiful, spacious open concept bedroom, with plenty of windows that make it very bright. Combined with tall ceilings that are embellished with a wooden construction and a smart choice  of furnishings, the living room of CAPPUCCINO is a memorable place. The kitchen, which is functionally partitioned via a breakfast bar, and designed in accordance with the postulates of luxurious interiors, in simple and effective forms and kitchenware that is hidden from sight. Far ends of this room hide the doors that lead into irregularly shaped but rather neatly tucked bedrooms. Both have double beds and wardrobes and a set of drapes that cover the windows. The bathroom, which is near the apartment’s entrance is designed in a similar contemporary fashion; it has a glass shower cabin and washing machine. The apartment is intended for up to five people: two couples can take up the bedrooms whereas the fifth person can sleep on the L shaped sofa in the living room. 
CAPPUCCINO has been adapted for short term rent, with very few decorative details. The fact that it has not got its own parking spot makes it somewhat incomplete, since on street-parking along the street is possible in theory, but rarely in practice – luckily there is a public parking lot near Kalenić Green Market. The neighbourhood is rich with commercial facilities (cafes, shops, restaurants, kafanas and athe aforementioned green market) and the connection to other parts of town is enusred via public transport (the most frequent routes of public transport stop within a hundred meters radius of the apartment). If you have a generous accommodation budget, which favours aesthetically above average interior for up to five people, do take CAPPUCCINO into consideration.
