If you’re coming for the first time, you should know the following about the center of Belgrade:
2.The very center of Belgrade is in fact the area called Old Town. Apartment buildings in Old Town are usually over a century old. Many don’t have elevators.
3.Parking in the very center of Belgrade is quite problematic. On street parking is limited to three hours and the number of apartments in the city center with a garage or dedicated parking spot is comparatively low
4.Most of the inhabitants of Old Town have pets instead of kids. Some don’t clean up after them so mind your step.

ALEXA is a basement apartment with a small jacuzzi and a small sauna, in a courtyard building near Slavija square. It has a separate entrance and it can accommodate two.
STEPA is a brand new one bedroom apartment in Banjica with a terrace. It takes just fifteen minutes to get to the Military Medical Academy.
USHCHE is a one bedroom apartment in the close vicinity of UŠĆE shopping mall. With a solid floor area and furnishings, it is a comfortable spot for up to three persons.

CUBE is a petite and neat studio in the prime area of Belgrade, just a hundred meters away from Knez Mihailova street and Kalemegdan.
IOTA is practically a room with a Jacuzzi bathtub and a humongous bed. It's on the ground floor of a new tenement in Voždovac, just 10 minutes away from the St Sava Temple.
ALICE is a very nice apartment for 3 people in the center of Belgrade. Its on the first floor of an old apartment building and 50m meters away from the Skadarlija.
