SILK is a one bedroom apartment in a new tenement with no elevator, in the peripheral area of Zemun (Altina). It has a dedicated parking spot and a capacity to accommodate four persons.

An adept architectural solution has tucked four separate rooms that have been spirally arranged under the slopes of the gabled roof. The entryway with a nicely furnished bathroom next to it, the living room in its impressive whirlpool of shades of violet, love-seat and the accompanying tabouret, a kitchen with a large dining table for four people and finally the bedroom with king sized double bed, a set of shelves built into the wall (that make up for a lack of wardrobe). Apart from the aforementioned amenities, the apartment also has a balcony with a set of garden furniture that overlooks the cropping roofs of Altina. It is intended for up to 4 persons (2+2 sleeping arrangement).
Location is far from even remotely touristy, but in the close proximity of three major highways. That, and its price, makes it a perfect overnight for those who just pass through Belgrade, or a short term stay option for any other traveler that is attached to this pretty young part of Belgrade. If you did seek for an affordable and damn fine looking short term rental in Altina, then SILK is one of the best choices you could make.
