OWL is an interesting, fully renovated one bedroom apartment with a terrace, located in Vrachar. It accommodates up to three people.
Nested on a fifth floor of an apartment building in Vrachar, this rather commodious one bedroom apartment packs four separate rooms and a large foyer in between them on a generous fify-odd square meters floor area. The first in the row is the bedroom. It has a standard double and a couple of restored antique chests of drawers. The second in the row is the living room, which, unlike most other one bedroom apartment in Belgrade appropriated for short term rent, is furnished with exactly that purpose in mind. The sitting room set consists of two armchairs and a three-seater sofa that turns into a second bed for the third guest, should the need arise. The bathroom is spacious and eclectic in design terms -it has a built shower, and a washing machine, making OWL suitable for extended stays. The last in the row is the kitchen with its adjoining dining space that is in fact most impressive in its mish-mash of styles, materials and colours and an well equipped space for its intended purpose. From there you can also access the small and useful terrace on the flank of the apartment building. There is ample luggage space, mostly owing to the large built in closet in the antechamber. The bold and cheerful combination of colors, furnishings and abundance of daylight makes OWL an incredibly pleasant spot for a short term lease in Belgrade.
As far as its location is concerned, OWL may prove rather convenient to those who seek accommodation exclusively in Vračar, or close to Crveni Krst. A mere six minutes walk will get you to King Alexanders Boulevard or Kalenich green market, whereas a fifteen minute one will get you to Slavia Square. The neighbourhood has a great variety of shops, cafes and other places of interest, so you are unlikely to be bored even if you decide to stick to the neighbourhood. Lastly, on-street parking is available (Zone 3) and the nearest public parking is at Kalenich green market.
