DOSSITAY is a fully refurbished studio with a balcony in the very center of Belgrade. Its double bed and a foldable armchair make it a convenient abode for up to 3 adults.
Its thirty square meters of floor area pack up a fully equipped and cheerfully coloured living space. The hallway (with a built in wardrobe) connects the bathroom, the living/sleeping room area and a walk-through kitchen (which has a dining space within it). A small terrace, accessed from the kitchen, overlooks the yard. As the apartment faces the yard in full width, a serene atmosphere is pervading its otherwise busy surroundings. Sleeping arrangement is fairly obvious: two share the double bed, and the third person sleeps on a folding armchair.
Locationwise, studio apartment DOSSITAY is superb. Less than a hundred meters away is the Republic Square, which is, in fact, the most central spot in Belgrade. Its immediate neighbourhood boasts an array of fine dining establishments (Little Bay and Writer’s Club for instance) and some of the most popular Upper Dorcol night out spots are within walking distance.The public transport stops with buses and trolleybuses leading to various part of the city are a few minutes walk, and you can reach Kalemegdan in under ten minutes on foot. This Belgrade apartment is ideal for a trio searching for a good night out in Serbia’s capital, and fairly adequate for couples and business people who need to stay in the city center. Couple of 24/7 fast food establishments certainly aid the former group (night out seekers).
The apartment does have a secure parking spot, but Beoapartman does not advise its usage, unless you are driving a vehicle from the supermini segment (preferably a SMART). Nevertheless, its features qualify it a fine studio apartment in the heart of Belgrade for three.
