ZORAN is an uncompromisingly neat and clean one bedroom apartment with a terrace, next to KOMBANK arena in Novi Beograd.
Located on the first floor of a tenement built in 2002, this one bedroom New Belgrade apartment has been fully refurbished in 2014. ZORAN is a phenomenally fine abode for up to four adults (two couples). It has a lovely living room, with a folding L-shaped sofa that may become a very comfortable double bed. It also has a delightful little dining table for four people. The living room leads onto a decent sized terrace with a wicker furniture set. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a standard double bed (140x200). The surroundings of the apartment is truly newbelgrader : new, tidy with wide pavements and even wider boulevards. If you arrive by car, well, parking is abundant and free of charge.
Regardless of purpose of your visit, location is excellent: KOMBANK arena takes three minutes on foot, the renown Novak (Djokovic's) Restaurant is couple hundred meters away. Public transport stops are literally in front of the apartment - it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by bus, and half that time by car. Weather permitting, it could also be a nice half an hour stroll to get to Knez Mihajlova. If the accommodation capacity and location suit you. ZORAN is the apartment to choose - you'll come out of it bearing only positive impressions.
