WALTZ is a grandiose and impeccably arranged two bedroom apartment in Dorchol. It accommodates up to four people.
Nested on the third floor of an old burgoise apartment building in one of Belgrade’s nicest central quarters, WALTZ is 110 square meters of finest aesthetics and modern interior design. This visually impressive ambiance consists of two lovely bedrooms, two bathrooms (one very much like a Roman bath coated in marble, and the other modern) and a very appealing open plan living room with a kitchen and dining area as its constituents. The organisation of space, the lighting solutions and decorative details should be described in superlatives, and in this particular case an image is truly worth a thousand words, so do have a look to get the feel of the abode. On a more mundane level, the apartment accommodation capacity is for two couples at best, who could share the double beds in the bedrooms, and one might say it is fully equipped for extended stays (both in thrms of kiutchenware and appliances and wardrobe storage space).
Perching in the upper Dorchol area, with a three minute walk from Knez Mihailova street and some wseven minutes away from Kalemegdan Park it is in a perfect spot for a city break. Apart from a number of established cultural institutions (KC Parobrod, Gallery of Frescoes and the National Museum) its neighbourhood is also ripe with trendy night out spots. The area is, however, somewhat problematic for parking, so we would not advise WALTZ to those who arrive by car. But if you were looking for a truly impressive and lavishly equipped apartment in upeer dorcol area, WALTZ is one of the few that fits perfectly into this description.
