WEST is a contemporary designed studio apartment, on third floor of a tenement in the heart of Belgrade. The modest 27 square meters area of this Belgrade apartment have been organised into 4 separate rooms in a skillful manner. The first you’ll encounter is a petite kitchenette – perfect for preparation light meals. Next to it, is a fine bathroom with a multitude of high quality features – the tiles, the shower cabin and the sanitary utilities are all above average. Compact living room is furnished with a folding L shaped sofa, a glass dining table for four and a set of quite handy lounge chairs. The bedroom puts a built in wardrobe, a large double bed and an upholstered headboard that stretches full width of the room at guests disposal. Bedding, towels, mattresses are also of a superior quality. Very practical and out of the ordinary features of this apartment include its antibacterial-anti-static carpets and the 30Mbps wireless Internet.
Location is enviable to say the least. In 200 meter radius you will find pretty much everything worth seeing. A two minute walk will get you to Terazije Square, 3 minutes will get you to Republic Square and you’ll be in Knez Mihaljova street in about five. The underground passage, literally in front of the building has a Roda supermarket, and not far from it is a 24/7 mega-market. Plethora of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping facilities surround the area.
The good thing about WEST is that it shares the floor with apartments NORTH, EAST and SOUTH, making the quadruplet suitable for accommodation of groups of visitors. Together with NORTH it makes NORTHWEST - a very competitively priced accommodation for 6 people.
