The reason for the delay certainly wasn\u2019t the lack of appropriate material\u2026.on the contrary, there is a growing mutitude of high quality and nothing short of luxurious apartments that lend themselves at behests of those who visit Belgrade. The criteria defining luxury is becoming really elastic \u2026it stretches together with the offer that grows steadily. In contrast, although it is fairly important, coitus is not the sole purpose of Hedonists Apartment Survey and the rubric wasn\u2019t meant to become a homespun places to get laid<\/i> list. The predominant opinion in BeoApartman, which we failed not to express on many occasions, is that for one night stands luxury is not a precondition. Besides, as psychology teaches us, once you slake that thirst, the need for friendship, belonging and family crop forth\u2026.rendering luxurious romantic apartments for two as a disservice to groups of friends (of the same sex) who come for a night out or a city break in Belgrade. And families, for that matter. Luxury\u2019s natural enemy is a human child. All these things have brought about a conclusion \u2013 to have an apartment listed in the Hedonist\u2019s Apartment Survey it has to have a\u2026\u2026.weeeell, an X factor (or whatever the meaningful explanation of :good times for target population: might be)<\/p>\n

This apartment has seen many foreign guests since its advent on the short term rentals market and its top position is almost cemented with global serviced accommodation providers websites. In that respect, it does not need advertising \u2013 and hence, this text is a full fledged reccomendation that comes from vast experience of other happy guests. Having said that, bear in mind that a lot of people know about it already, and should you wish to book it you may have to so well in advance \u2013 it is hardly ever unoccupied in the short term. Holday apartment CENTER is unusually spacious for Belgrade terms. A huge living room with two bedrooms, take the bulk of its 100 square meters so the last thing\u00a0 you are likely to feel is confined. The \u201csmaller\u201d bedroom could become a lovely pitch for a lenghty sockball tournament, whereas sheer volume of the kitchen and the dining room make it \u00a0one of the largest ten in our offer. All of the necesarry kitchenware is there. A refridgerator with an ice cube machine, a dishwasher and an overall huge counter ensure that you are well equipped for making the most sophisticated meals under its roof.<\/p>\n
