In three and a half years (roughly the period of time we’ve been running this blog) pretty much everything we considered invariable regarding Belgrade Apartments has been sent for a retake by the invisible forces of the free market. We have witnessed the skyrocketing of quality and the plummeting of prices … much to the joy of the customers and slight disarray of booking agents who keep rearranging the offer in their heads.
Hence, we have come up with the info-graphic below. It is a non-biased, interactive guide to the most affordable apartments in Belgrade.
Today, bargain apartments are no longer studios but the ones that have the most favorable price per person ratio when compared to those of similar structure. Out of five hundred active properties, the bargain attribute is attached to a little over twenty.
It should be duly noted that just like their predecessors, these apartments may not be a bargain at the time you bump into this text. Some of them may well be found on the cheapest apartments page on our main website, but not all. We also advise caution as the cheapest tag does not necessarily imply a bargain. Until the next big influx of properties that will turn the offer upside down, this guide may very well be utilized. Limited budgets and inexperience may be alleviated by it – or at least be given a clue as to what to ask for when unsure of what to ask for.
